Application
Some types of synthetics can not be joined such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Use a piece of adhesive tape in order to keep the parts in place while the adhesive is curing.
Store in tightly closed packaging in a dry, cool and frost-free place.
1 ml = approx 10 cm² at a film thickness of 1 mm
The bonding surfaces must be clean, dry and free of oil and grease. Roughen smooth surfaces. ➊ Kink the nozzle cap. ➋ Screw the enclosed mixer onto the nozzle tips. Squeeze out a little adhesive to ensure that the components are optimally mixed. ➌ Place the mixer on the area to be bonded and apply to one side, or both sides in the case of rough materials. Join parts together without pressing. Processing time at room temperature approx. 5 minutes. Curing: At room temperature, handling strength is achieved after approx. 20 minutes and final strength after 12 hours. The application of heat accelerates the curing process.
1:1
Curing time depends on the temperature. Adhesive does not cure below +5°C.
Degrease parts to be bonded with denatured alcohol. Roughen smooth surfaces (sandpaper).
Remove wet stains immediately with warm water and soap. Cured adhesive residue can only be removed mechanically.
The surface must be dry, clean and free of dust and grease.
Clean tools immediately after use with warm water and soap.
Recommended application at temperatures between +10°C and +35°C. Product cures by mixing the resin and hardener.
